Forest Art Eisteddfod Entry
Mrs Martin and Mrs Eggo spent time on Monday putting up this amazing display of the children's art work.
The art exhibition is open Tuesday 5th to Saturday 9th March 2024 inclusive. Opening times will be from 9.00 a.m. until 8.00 p.m. daily except Saturday when it will close at 5.00 p.m.
Forest Guernsey French Team
Charles, Nia and Quinn performed Ba, Ba, Berbi and placed 2nd with a First Class Certificate.
They also scripted and presented a short puppet show - 'Le tchan qui sauvit le jour' (the dog who saved the day). During this performance it was noted that they had used a phrase that not even the adjudicator knew! He has asked for it to be included in the next edition of the Guernsey French dictionary!
Forest Key Stage 2 Choir
The choir performed beautifully! They were placed joint 2nd and received a well deserved "Outstanding" from the adjudicator with a score of 90. Oustanding means that they gave an "exceptional performance both technically and artistically".
Huge congratulations to all the children involved and a special thanks goes to Miss Melding for all her hard work and committment.
